For a strong food industry in Hamburg
Since the Food Cluster Hamburg was founded in September 2024, our work has focused on the structured development of a sustainable and future-oriented cluster organisation. Our goal: a long-term, functioning, innovation-promoting network for the food industry in Hamburg and the metropolitan region.
Such an attempt can only succeed with a committed and professional team. Since April 2025, we have been five people with clearly defined responsibilities - ready to work together to advance priority topics and projects in a targeted manner.
Introducing our team:
Sascha Taube – CEO
Sascha leads the Food Cluster Hamburg with strategic vision and a clear focus on building sustainable structures. A particular focus of his work is on building strong networks - in politics, business and at an international level - to strengthen the cluster's visibility and impact in the long term.
Dr. Annika B. Schröder – Lead Business Development & Membership
Annika brings extensive networking and food experience from the management of foodactive e.V.. She is responsible for the development and expansion of our network, initiates new partnerships and is the central point of contact for our member companies and interested parties from the industry.
Anke Spree – Lead Project Management & Quality Management (QM) Expert
Whether online formats, face-to-face events or workshops lasting several days - Anke designs and coordinates our further and advanced training program in key areas of the food industry. She is also responsible for all projects relating to quality management and brings many years of expertise to the table.
Celina Zaparkanszky-Wiederhold – Lead Marketing & Communications
Celina is responsible for the development and implementation of the cluster's marketing and communication strategy. With targeted brand management via the website, social media, events and publications, she positions the cluster effectively in the public and professional discourse and thus ensures the necessary visibility - both nationally and internationally.
Carina Oldenburg – Working Student
Carina supports the team flexibly in central areas such as event organisation, administration and web maintenance. She also takes on sub-projects independently and ensures that many operational processes run smoothly.
Together, we are committed to making the food industry in Hamburg and the metropolitan region sustainable, networked and innovative.
